The True Facts!

                                      False Teachings Exposed

                                                                    1. God's Son is God?

Matthew chapter 3 verses 16 and 17:-   16 After being baptised, Jesus immediately came up from the water; and look! the heavens were opened up, and he saw God’s spirit descending like a dove and coming upon him. 17 Look! Also, a voice from the heavens said: “This is my Son, the beloved, whom I have approved.”
( Nowhere in the Bible does Jesus Christ refer to himself as God, but consistently refers to himself as the Son of God!)

                                                      2. Holy Spirit Third Part of Trinity?

Acts chapter 2 verses 1 to 4:-   1 Now while the day of the Festival of Pentecost was in progress, they were all together at the same place. 2 Suddenly there was a noise from heaven, just like that of a rushing, stiff breeze, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 And tongues as if of fire became visible to them and were distributed, and one came to rest on each one of them, 4 and they all became filled with holy spirit and started to speak in different languages, just as the spirit enabled them to speak.
(God's spirit is what empowers faithful people to accomplish his will, it is not a part of a mythical Trinity - The Bible consistently refers to God as being One not Three -   Deuteronomy 4:35:-   35 You yourselves have been shown these things so you will know that Jehovah is the true God; there is no other besides him. -   Notice how this scripture uses the word "him" not "them".)

                                                                   3. Hell Fire True?

Jeremiah chapter 7 verse 31:-   31 They have built the high places of To·pheth, which is in the Valley of the Son of Hin·nom, in order to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, something that I had not commanded and that had never even come into my heart.’
(The early Catholic church used the fear of Hellfire to keep the illiterate masses under their control, the Holy Bible does not teach this God dishonouring practise which is a figment of the churches imagination and finds no support in God's word!)

                                                             4. The Soul is Immortal?

Ezekiel chapter 18 verse 4:-   4 Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so also the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul who sins is the one who will die.
(The Soul is you as a person, it is mainly the Catholic church that has fabricated the myth of the soul being immortal, this also finds no support in God's word the Bible!)

                                                  5. Heavenly Resurrection at Death?

Job chapter 14 verses 13 to 15:-   13 O that in the Grave you would conceal me, That you would hide me until your anger passes by,That you would set a time limit for me and remember me! 14 If a man dies, can he live again? I will wait all the days of my compulsory service Until my relief comes. 15 You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands.
(At God's due time in our near future, Jehovah will resurrect the dead (including Job) on this Earth which will be transformed into the Paradise it was always meant to be!)

                                                      6. Once Saved Always Saved?

John chapter 3 verse 36:-   36 The one who exercises faith in the Son has everlasting life; the one who disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him.
(You can have your name blotted out of the book of life - Read   Exodus 32:32 and 33   So the above belief is totally false)

                                                         7.Jesus Died on a Cross?

1 Corinthians chapter 10 verse 14:-   14 Therefore, my beloved ones, flee from idolatry.
(An idol is an image or symbol that is an object of intense devotion, veneration, or worship. By this standard the Cross is also an idol. The Greek words Stau·ros and Xy'lon used in the Bible and translated as Cross, always represented an upright wooden stake or piece of wood, and never a Cross. The idea of the implement used to kill Jesus being a Cross is a false teaching brought about by the early Catholic church, and has no support in the Bible.) Also the practice of wearing a Cross to show you are a Christian is wrong, would you wear a bullet around your neck if one had been used to kill your Son?

                                                         8. Ransom Cannot Save?

Mark chapter 10 verse 45:-   45 For even the Son of man came, not to be ministered to, but to minister and to give his life as a ransom in exchange for many.
(The opposite is true - without the acceptance of the Ransom provision from Jehovah through his Son Jesus Christ, no forgiveness of sins can be granted - We must pray for forgiveness of our sins through the name of Jesus recognising the Ransom sacrifice he made, if we do not do this our sins will remain!)

                                                  9. Bible Contains Contradictions?

1 Timothy chapter 6 verse 20:-   20 Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to you, turning away from the empty speeches that violate what is holy and from the contradictions of the falsely called “knowledge.” 21 By making a show of such knowledge, some have deviated from the faith.

(So called contradictions in the Bible can all be cleared up by using logic and common sense, as an example read this explanation of a so called contradiction that confuses many:- "Where did Cain get his wife? (Genesis 4:17) One might think that after the murder of Abel, only his guilty brother Cain and their parents, Adam and Eve, were left on the earth. However, Adam and Eve had a large family. According to   Genesis 5:3, 4    Adam had another son named Seth. The account adds:   “The days of Adam after his fathering Seth came to be eight hundred years. Meanwhile he became father to sons and daughters.”  So Cain married his sister or perhaps one of his nieces. Since mankind was then so close to human perfection, such a marriage evidently did not pose the health risks that may imperil the offspring of such a union today.")

                                     10. All so called Christian Religions Acceptable?

Ephesians chapter 4 verses 4 to 6:-   4 One body there is, and one spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
(There is only One way to serve the True God - And that is His Way!)

                                                11. Jesus' Birth Must be Celebrated?

Luke chapter 2 verse 8:-   8 There were also in the same region shepherds living out of doors and keeping watch in the night over their flocks.
(All the Bible evidence points to Jesus being born sometime in October, (not December) there is no specific date recorded in the Bible for the day or date Jesus was born on. Christmas conforms to a Roman pagan celebration called the Saturnalia,  this was a wild gathering involving excessive drinking and promiscuity, and the giving and receiving of presents, See number 12 for further information).

                                                 12. Easter celebration is Christian?

Luke chapter 22 verses 19 and 20:-   19 Also, he took a loaf, gave thanks, broke it, and gave it to them, saying: “This means my body, which is to be given in your behalf. Keep doing this in remembrance of me.” 20 Also, he did the same with the cup after they had the evening meal, saying: “This cup means the new covenant by virtue of my blood, which is to be poured out in your behalf.
(This is the only remembrance celebration Jesus commanded his disciples to keep! And is to be celebrated on the date of the Jewish Passover once a year - It has nothing in common with the pagan Easter celebration or the communion sacrifice of so called body and blood of Christ.)

                                                         13. The Flood is a Myth?

Matthew chapter 24 verse 38 and 39:-   38 For as they were in those days before the Flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39 and they took no note until the Flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be.
( If the flood is a myth then Jesus was not telling the truth, and that is unthinkable for true Christians - There is overwhelming evidence that a world wide deluge happened in our past, please see the Flood proofs on this site!)

                                                   14. No need to preach to Others?

Matthew chapter 28 verses 18 to 20:-   18 Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”
(All Christians are commanded to go out and preach to others, there are NO exemptions! Leaving this obligation in the hands of the clergy class is a direct contradiction of Jesus' words stated above.) - See 15 below.

                             15. Clergy (Pope, Bishops, Priests etc) Approved by God?

Matthew chapter 23 verses 8 to 12:-   8 But you, do not you be called Rabbi, for one is your Teacher, and all of you are brothers. 9 Moreover, do not call anyone your father on earth, for one is your Father, the heavenly One. 10 Neither be called leaders, for your Leader is one, the Christ. 11 But the greatest one among you must be your minister. 12 Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
(Positions of power and prominence among Gods people is unacceptable to Jehovah, and a clergy class is not a Bible teaching!)

                                           16. Prayer to Mary and Saints Allowed?

John chapter 14 verses 13 and 14:-   13 Also, whatever you ask in my name, I will do this, so that the Father may be glorified in connection with the Son. 14 If you ask anything in my name, I will do it.
(Jesus is the only mediator between God and man, No one else has been given this authority, therefor prayers should be made to Jehovah through his Son Jesus Christ and no one else!)

                                                     17. Genesis is Just a Story?

Luke chapter 17 verse 32:-   32 Remember the wife of Lot.
(Jesus' words in the above scripture shows the man Lot and his wife were real people, Jesus also mentions Adam and Eve, Noah and others from the book of Genesis, if you do not believe this, then as an unbeliever in the words of God's Son, you may as well throw your Bible away - This scripture should remind us that the Bible book of Genesis is a true and accurate account of Bible history.)

                                              18. The Exodus Never Happened?

Matthew chapter 17 verses 2 and 3:-   2 And he was transfigured before them; his face shone as the sun, and his outer garments became brilliant as the light. 3 And look! there appeared to them Moses and E·li·jah conversing with him.
(This vision brought about by Jehovah on Jesus' behalf shows Moses the faithful man who led the Israelites out of Egypt - The God who cannot lie testifies to this fact!)

                                   19. Inappropriate use of the word "Worship"?

Mark chapter 5 verse 22:-   22 One of the presiding officers of the synagogue, named Ja·i·rus, now came, and on catching sight of him, he fell at his feet.
(This action by Jairus was not an act of worship, but a mark of respect and a recognition of Jesus' authority. Any occurrence in the Bible of a man falling down in front of a man or Angel in power is a form of obeisance (showing respect) and has nothing to do with worship which can only be given to the true God.)

                                                    20. We All Worship God?

1 Corinthians chapter 10 verse 20:-   20 No; but I say that what the nations sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers with the demons. 21 You cannot be drinking the cup of Jehovah and the cup of demons; you cannot be partaking of “the table of Jehovah” and the table of demons. 22 Or ‘are we inciting Jehovah to jealousy’? We are not stronger than he is, are we?
(Jehovah is the true God, worship directed to any other so called God is actually worship of the demons.)

                                                    21. Consecrated Ground?

2 Samuel chapter 17 verse 23:-   23 When A·hith·o·phel saw that his advice had not been acted on, he saddled a donkey and went to his house in his hometown. After he gave instructions to his household, he hanged himself. So he died and was buried in the burial place of his forefathers.
(Nowhere in the Bible is there reference to ground used in burial needing to be sanctified before it can be acceptable to Jehovah! And there is no right granted to  the clergy to refuse burial to anyone because of a sin they may have committed.)

                                                            22. Holy Water?

Numbers chapter 5 verse 17:-  17 The priest will take holy water in an earthenware vessel, and the priest will take some of the dust from the floor of the tabernacle and put it in the water.
(The only reference to water being Holy in the Bible is used by the Hebrew priest to bring about a curse (not a blessing) and was used for one specific purpose, to find out if a woman was faithful to her husband or not faithful. - There is no authority given to so called priests today to make and use false holy water that  is not sanctified by or acceptable to the true God!)

                                                       23. Satan is Not Real?

Luke chapter 4 verses 5 to  7:-  5  So he brought him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time. 6 Then the Devil said to him: “I will give you all this authority and their glory, because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 If you, therefore, do an act of worship before me, it will all be yours.”

(Common sense should be enough to reason that Jesus was not reflecting on his own thoughts, but was actually involved in a conversation with a very powerful spirit creature who was trying to break his integrity toward the true God!)

                                          24. The Power of the Wicked One?

1John chapter 5 verse 19:-  19 We know that we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.
(There are two ways to look at this scripture, the "wicked one" mentioned here could be wicked mankind? but the Apostle John was indicating in 1 John chapter 5 that he was referring not to people in general, but to one wicked individual, and that can be no other than Satan the Devil. in the above section numbered 23 , Jesus did not deny that the Devil is the ruler of this world, if he were not, then there would be no sense in his offering Jesus the world. So until Jehovah acts to remove wicked mankind and the even wickeder Devil and his Demons at Armageddon, the Devil will continue to rule, and that is the major reason for the prevalent wicked condition of the majority of mankind who reflect his influence and reject the true God!)

                               God's Word is Truth!.

                                                                                                              Proverbs chapter 12 verse 17:-

17 The one who testifies faithfully will tell the truth, But a false witness speaks deceit.
