Astrology - Fake Teachings.

The conjunction of the planets in our night sky's is used by astrology as a prophetic omen, sometimes for good, and sometimes for bad events affecting us all. To ancient astrologers, the planets represented the will of the deities and their direct influence upon human affairs.

To the Ancient Greeks who followed the teachings of the Babylonians, the earliest astrologers, this group consisted of the five planets visible to the naked eye at that time, and excluded Earth, plus the Sun and Moon. Although the Greek term planet applied mostly to the five 'wandering stars', the ancients included the Sun and Moon as the Sacred 7 Luminaries making a total of 7 planets.

                                                                  Blinded by Superstition.

The ancient Babylonians, Greeks, Persians, Romans, Medieval Christians, and others thought of the 5 classical planets as gods - Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn. The other planets were unknown to them. Later astrologers added the Sun and Moon (Sol and Luna) to their pantheon of planetary Gods making 7 in total.

They also used so called birth signs (astrological signs) - Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces to support the idea that the month a person was born and their star sign (where the planets were in their astrological maps of the sky) at the time of their birth could predict the future of the child's life course!

Almost all of these Astrological ideas were born from fear of the unknown, and a need to provide answers to the meaning of life. But the true God condemned the practise of astrology foretelling the future (or divination), as false made up God's were very much a part of this form of demon worship.

                                                               A Totally useless practise.

Neptune and Uranus and Pluto were unknown to early astrologers, which makes a mockery of any previous astrological predictions until these planets were added after 1781 when (Uranus) was discovered, and in 1846 (Neptune).

Available scientific evidence strongly suggests that another major planet exists outside the orbit of Neptune, but it has not yet been found because of the vast distances involved and the darkness found in that region of space. Without these planets, astrology becomes a useless joke with absolutely no evidence of validity to support it's ability to predict anything except it's own destruction in the very near future!

Be warned - Those people who practise or believe in Astrological predictions are not only fooling themselves, they also leave their future life prospects in serious doubt when the true God Jehovah acts to destroy the wicked!

The real future of this system of things (this world of mankind) isn't written in the stars, but it is written in the Bible, ignore it if you wish, but be prepared to suffer the consequences of your actions when the time comes!
